We only process personal data to the extent needed to answer your enquiry, deliver a project and run this website. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

You do not have to give us your data. Without a contact, however, we cannot reply or prepare a quote.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell data. We only share it with processors that help us run the website, to the extent necessary:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and visitor analytics.
- Telegram Messenger: form submissions arrive in our internal channel so we can reply quickly.
- Anthropic PBC (USA): the language model that writes chat replies. It does not use messages to train models and keeps them only for a limited time under its terms.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gmail): e-mail communication.
- Upstash Inc.: technical abuse protection for the chat (a message counter per IP address).
- Members of the Weby Studio team who work on your enquiry or project.
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
If you consent to external content, your browser also loads content from other providers: our clients' websites and their platforms (such as Wix or Shopify), Esri map tiles and the Leaflet library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some processors are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
- Right of access: we tell you what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure where we no longer need the data or process it unlawfully.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, e.g. via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Just send your request to infowebystudio@gmail.com. We handle it without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
6. Security
The website runs over encrypted HTTPS. Only people who need the data for their work can access it, and we use secured accounts with trusted providers.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you. The website chat only answers questions and makes no decisions about you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, the current version is always on this page. Effective from 14 September 2026.
